1. Description of Service

Pixemon is a free, web-based photo editing and print layout application. Pixemon enables users to:

• Assemble multi-image photo collages with customizable borders, gutters, and aspect ratios.
• Format official passport, visa, stamp, and ID photo print packages with exact millimeter dimensions.
• Remove and replace image backgrounds using client-side AI algorithms (WebAssembly and ONNX Runtime).
• Perform non-destructive color grading, brightness, contrast, levels, and histogram adjustments.
• Apply decorative borders, add custom typography overlays, and export print-ready 300 DPI image files.

Pixemon is provided free of charge, supported by online advertisements served via Google AdSense and third-party partners.

2. User Content Ownership & Intellectual Property Rights

You retain 100% ownership and copyright of all photos and artwork you edit in Pixemon.

• Pixemon does not claim any ownership, title, copyright, or intellectual property rights over any photos, graphics, or text you import into or create with our application.
• Because Pixemon processes photos directly in your browser's local memory, Pixemon does not store or make copies of your personal photos on our servers.
• You represent and warrant that you own or have obtained all necessary licenses, permissions, and rights to use, edit, and print any photos you process through Pixemon.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use Pixemon only for lawful purposes. You agree NOT to use the service to:

• Process, create, or distribute any content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, abusive, fraudulent, obscene, or hateful.
• Infringe upon any third party's copyright, trademark, trade secret, or personal privacy rights.
• Attempt to decompile, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or interfere with the website's infrastructure or security mechanisms.
• Use automated scripts or scrapers to overwhelm the site's content delivery networks.

4. Passport & Official Document Disclaimer

While Pixemon provides print layouts at common sizes (for example 2 × 2 in and 35 × 45 mm) and high-resolution print grids, official passport, visa, and ID requirements vary by issuing authority and may change without notice.

User Responsibility: It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your final printed photo meets all requirements set forth by the specific embassy, consulate, or government passport office handling your application (including lighting, neutral facial expression, eye visibility, and approved photo paper finish). Pixemon is not liable for rejected visa or passport applications.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Pixemon is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation.

We do not warrant that the website will always be secure, error-free, or free of bugs or interruptions. You assume full responsibility for backing up your original image files before processing them.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Pixemon, its founders, operators, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from (a) your access to or inability to use the service; (b) any content obtained from the service; or (c) any unauthorized access, alteration, or loss of your transmissions or data.

7. Third-Party Services & Links

Pixemon displays third-party advertisements and may contain links to external third-party websites or services (including Google AdSense, Cloudflare, and CDN providers). Pixemon does not endorse or assume responsibility for any third-party websites, content, products, or privacy practices. Your interactions with third-party advertisers are solely between you and the respective third party.
